Pré aquecer o forno a 180º.</p><p>2. Retirar a casca e o caroço às maças (com o descaroçador), de modo a que fiquem inteiras só com uma abertura no meio. </p><p>3. Dividir a massa folhada em 4 partes iguais, de modo a ficar com 4 retângulos mais pequenos. </p><p>4. Pegar em um retângulo e colocar no centro uma maça. Depois colocar açúcar e canela a gosto no centro, ou seja, na abertura que ficou na maça. </p><p>Dica: (Se o retângulo de massa folha for pequeno para envolver toda a maça, podem esticar a massa um pouco mais com um rolo de cozinha)</p><p>5. Envolver com a maça com a massa folha até ficar totalmente coberta.</p><p>6. Repetir o processo para todas as maças. </p><p>7. 1. Começar por colocar a esparguete numa forma de alumínio (eu usei um pirex) que caiba na varoma e cubrir com água quente temperada com sal e um fio de azeite. Colocar a forma no interior da varoma e reservar.<br />

2. No copo colocar o azeite, a cebola e o alho e programar <b>10seg/vel.5. </b><br />
3. Baixar o que ficou nas paredes do copo e refogue <b>7min/100º/vel.1. <br />
</b>4. Adicionar a carne, o sal, a pimenta, o louro, a polpa de tomate, o vinho branco e a água e programar <b>25min/temp.varoma/vel.colher inversa. </b><br />

3. Colocar no copo os ovos, o azeite, o leite e o açúcar e <b>programar 2min/Vel.4/ Temp 37º.</b></div>

4. Depois, adicionar <b>as nozes moidas e programar 15seg/vel.3.</b></div>

<b>Na frigideira</b></div>

Para fazer na frigideira, usei uma frigideira pequena anti-aderente, coloquei uma gota de azeite e pincelei. Depois coloquei metade da mistura, recheei com queijo light e fiambre de frango, cobri o recheio com a massa restante. A temperatura do fogão tem de ser baixinha para que não queime. Quando a massa se soltar da frigideira virar a massa e deixar cozer do outro lado. </div>

<li>1 colher de chá de chia (podem substituir por linhaça) </li>
<li>1 Colher de sopa de sementes de sésamo</li>
<li>1 colher de chá de fermento para bolos</li>
<li>sal q.b</li>

<b>Preparação com bimby:</b> </div>

<li>Colocar no copo os flocos de aveia, a chia e as sementes de sésamo, programar <b>30seg./ vel.10</b></li>
<li>Adicionar os restantes ingredientes e programar <b>15seg./vel.3 </b>(se a massa ficar muito consistente pode adicionar 1 colher sopa água). </li>
<li>Untar com um pouco de azeite (eu não untei e ficou bom) um recipiente quadrado ou rectangular (para dar o formato rectangular) e colocar metade da mistura. Rechear com fiambre de perú ou frango e queijo light ( ou da forma que mais gostar), depois colocar a restante massa em cima de forma a cobrir o recheio. </li>
<li>Levar ao microondas na potência máxima por 2 minutos. </li>

<b>Nota:</b> Depois pode passar a " Quase merenda Mista" por uma frigideira anti-aderente ou por um grelhador se lhe quiser dar um aspecto mais crocante. </div>
